How to Enroll

Enrollment is an easy two-step process.

  1. Employer qualification/enrollment
  2. Employee enrollment.

In most cases, we can complete both steps at the same time, within one hour.

If you are an employer interested in enrolling your business, please refer to the Eligibility Form to verify your business is eligible. Fill in the form and click send.  A TexHealth representative will contact you to answer all your questions.  Or you can simply call 512-524-2618 or 1-877-704-0111 for an appointment.

At the time your enrollment meeting is scheduled, you will receive information on the types of documentation needed to verify eligibility for your business and your employees.

On the day of the appointment, we will meet with you, the employer first, to review documentation and complete the Employer Application & Enrollment Form. Then, we will meet with your employees to explain the program in detail and answer any questions. A group meeting is recommended so everyone can hear each question and answer. This promotes full understanding of how the program works. We will also assist employees in completing their enrollment forms.
